These terms apply to the SajiloShare app for Android and iOS and to this website (together, "the App"). By using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. An independent app

SajiloShare is an independent third-party application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially connected to CDS and Clearing Ltd. (CDSC), MeroShare, Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), any depository participant or any bank.

2. What the App does

Applies for open IPOs, FPOs, right shares and other public issues through MeroShare, for the accounts you choose.
Checks IPO allotment results and application status for your saved accounts.
Shows your holdings, average cost (WACC), estimated charges, tax and profit or loss.
Shows MeroShare and demat expiry dates, and sends notifications about issues opening and closing.

Every action is started by you. The App does nothing on your accounts without your instruction.

3. Your credentials

Only add accounts that are yours, or that you have the account holder's clear permission to manage.
Credentials are stored only on your device, with the password and PIN encrypted, and are sent directly to MeroShare when you use a feature. See the privacy policy.
You are responsible for your phone's security and for everything done through your accounts. Use the App lock.

4. Applications and results

An application is final once MeroShare accepts it. Check the per-account result the App shows after every bulk apply.
No app can guarantee an allotment. Keep enough balance in each linked bank account.
Results, subscription figures and dates are fetched from CDSC and other public sources for convenience. If they differ, CDSC, MeroShare and your DP are authoritative.

5. Calculations are estimates

Portfolio values, WACC, broker commission, SEBON fee, DP charge, capital gains tax and receivable amounts, in the App and in this website's calculators, are estimates based on published rates and the data available. Your broker's contract note and your tax filing are what count.

6. No investment advice

Nothing in the App or on this website is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Investment decisions are yours.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the App unlawfully, or in breach of SEBON, NEPSE or CDSC rules.
Do not reverse-engineer, modify or redistribute the App. Install it only from Google Play or the App Store.
Do not use the App to access accounts without the holder's consent.

8. No warranty, limited liability

The App is provided “as is”, without warranties. MeroShare and CDSC services can be slow, change without notice or be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, the developers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the App, including missed, failed or duplicate applications.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
