Why apply from more accounts

When an IPO is heavily oversubscribed, allotment is a lottery for the minimum lot, so each eligible BOID is another chance. Applying for the minimum from every family member's account usually beats applying for more kitta from one.

What each account needs

  • Its own demat account and BOID, and a working MeroShare login.
  • A CRN from the bank linked to that demat account.
  • A transaction PIN set in MeroShare.
  • Enough balance in the linked bank account for the kitta you apply for.

Only add accounts that belong to you or whose holders have asked you to manage them.

When an application fails

The result for each account tells you which ones need attention. The usual causes are a wrong CRN or PIN, too little balance, an expired MeroShare password or account, or an application that already exists. The Account Renewal screen shows each account's MeroShare and demat expiry date, so an expired account can be renewed before the next issue.

Frequently asked

Are bulk applications real MeroShare applications?
Yes. SajiloShare submits each application to MeroShare for that account, using the account's own login, bank, CRN and PIN. It shows up in MeroShare like any other application.
Can I apply for a different number of kitta for each account?
One run applies the same number of kitta to every selected account. To use a different amount for some accounts, apply for them in a separate run.
How many accounts can I apply for at once?
There is no fixed limit and no paid plan for more accounts.
Do I need to keep the app open while it applies?
Yes. Accounts are processed one after another, and the app shows how many are done. Keep it open until the results appear.
