Features

Built for the way Nepali families actually apply

One person, several demat accounts, one deadline. Every feature in SajiloShare exists because doing it account by account in MeroShare took too long or went wrong too often.

Bulk IPO apply

One application run for every account

Add each family member's MeroShare account once. When an issue opens, tick the accounts, pick the issue, set the kitta and apply. SajiloShare submits them one after another and shows the outcome for each account.

  • Select all or pick accounts by the labels you gave them, like Mummy, Baba or Personal.
  • Every open issue MeroShare offers you: IPO, FPO, right shares, mutual funds and debentures.
  • A result per account: Success, Already applied or Failed, so you retry only what needs it.
  • Open straight to Apply by making it the app's default screen on issue days.

Bulk result and status check

Every family result in one check

Pick the company once and SajiloShare checks the official CDSC result for each saved account's BOID in turn, reading the captcha for you. A summary tells you how many accounts were allotted.

  • Official source: results come from CDSC's iporesult.cdsc.com.np.
  • No retyping BOIDs, because they come from the accounts you already saved.
  • Application status for open issues across all accounts, before the result is out.
  • Retry only failures. Accounts that could not be checked are queued for another pass.

Family portfolio

What the family owns, and what it really earned

See the total value of every account together, then drill into one account or one stock. Cost comes from CDSC's own purchase records, and profit is shown after broker commission, SEBON fee, DP charge and capital gains tax.

  • Weighted average cost (WACC) per stock, from CDSC My Purchase.
  • Realised and unrealised gain or loss, plus today's change.
  • Receivable amount if you sold at today's price, after every charge and CGT.
  • Sector distribution, manual transactions, and a tap to hide amounts.

IPO alerts and calendar

Know before an issue opens, and before it closes

The Next Openings tab lists upcoming issues with price, units, credit rating and registrar. Notifications arrive at 9 AM on opening day, 7 PM the evening before closing and 4 PM on closing day, Nepal time.

  • Filter by type: IPO, FPO, right or dividend, bond or debenture.
  • Three reminders per issue, driven by CDSC's issue calendar.
  • Daily market summary after NEPSE closes, Sunday to Thursday.
  • On the web too, with the open IPO calendar on this site.

Security and everything else

Private by design, and the small things that save time

Credentials stay on your phone

Login details are stored only on your phone, with the password and PIN encrypted using AES-256-GCM and a key held in the phone's Keystore or Keychain. There is no SajiloShare account to sign up for.

PIN and biometric lock

Lock the app with a 4-digit PIN and fingerprint or Face ID. Revealing a saved password asks for the lock again.

Move accounts to a new phone

Export accounts as an encrypted file protected by a password, or send them to a nearby phone over Wi-Fi after matching a verification code.

Renewal expiry check

See the MeroShare and demat expiry date of every account, marked Valid, Expiring soon or Expired, before an expired account costs you an issue.

Applied IPO overview

Every issue your accounts applied to, in one list with the number of account entries and closing dates.

English and नेपाली, light and dark

The whole app works in Nepali or English and follows your phone's dark mode, or pick a theme yourself.

How it works

Set up once, then it is one run per issue

  1. 01

    Install the app

Free on Google Play and the App Store. No sign-up, no SajiloShare account.

  2. 02

    Add MeroShare accounts

Choose the DP, then enter username, password, CRN and PIN once per account. They are validated with MeroShare and stored only on your phone.

  3. 03

    Apply in one run

When an issue opens, select the accounts and the issue, set the kitta and apply. Each account gets its own result.

  4. 04

    Check results together

When allotment is published, check every account's result at once and watch the portfolio update.

Stop logging in to MeroShare once per account

Add the family's MeroShare accounts once. Apply to every open issue for all of them in one run, then check every result together. Free on Android and iPhone.
