About the app
Is SajiloShare free?
Yes. Bulk apply, result checking, alerts and the portfolio are free on Android and iOS. The app shows ads to cover its costs and takes no commission on any application.
Is SajiloShare available on iPhone?
Yes. SajiloShare is on the App Store for iPhone (iOS 15.5 or later) and on Google Play for Android (Android 7.0 or later).
Is SajiloShare an official MeroShare or CDSC app?
No. SajiloShare is an independent app made in Nepal by One Space Dev. It works with your own MeroShare accounts, but it is not affiliated with CDSC, MeroShare, NEPSE or SEBON.
Does the app work in Nepali?
Yes. You can switch the whole app between English and Nepali at any time.
Security and privacy
Is it safe to save my MeroShare password in SajiloShare?
Your login details are stored only on your phone, and the password and transaction PIN are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. The app sends them directly to MeroShare when you apply or refresh, never to a SajiloShare server. You can also lock the app with a PIN and fingerprint or Face ID.
Do you keep a copy of my portfolio?
No. Holdings and transactions are fetched from CDSC to your phone and analysed there. Our server only stores the push notification token for your device.
How do I move my accounts to a new phone?
Use Export Accounts in the app. You can create an encrypted transfer file protected by a password you choose, or send the accounts to a nearby phone on the same Wi-Fi by scanning a QR code and matching a verification number.
How do I delete my data?
Delete an account in the app to remove its credentials from your phone immediately, or uninstall the app to remove everything it stored.
Applying for IPOs
How many MeroShare accounts can I add?
There is no fixed limit. Families commonly add every member's demat account, and all of them can be included in one bulk apply.
Can I apply for FPOs, right shares and debentures too?
Yes. The Apply screen lists the issues MeroShare makes available to your accounts, which can include IPOs, FPOs, right shares, mutual funds and debentures.
Why did an application fail for one account?
The usual reasons are a wrong transaction PIN or CRN, too little balance in the linked bank account, an expired MeroShare password or account, or an application that already exists. The result screen shows which account failed so you can fix it and apply again.
When will I get IPO notifications?
At 9 AM on the day an issue opens, at 7 PM the evening before it closes and at 4 PM on closing day, Nepal time. Turn notifications on in the app's settings.
Results and portfolio
How do I check IPO results for all my accounts?
Open Check, choose IPO Bulk Result and pick the company. SajiloShare checks the official CDSC result for every saved account's BOID and reads the captcha for you, then shows allotted and not-allotted totals.
How does SajiloShare calculate WACC and profit?
Units and weighted average cost come from CDSC's My Purchase records. Profit on a sale is shown after broker commission, SEBON fee, DP charge and capital gains tax. You can try the same maths in our free share calculator.
Can I check when my MeroShare or demat account expires?
Yes. Account Renewal checks the MeroShare expiry and demat expiry of each saved account and marks it Valid, Expiring soon or Expired.
Still stuck?
Tell us which issue you were applying to and the exact message the app showed for the account that failed. Please never send your password or PIN.
Stop logging in to MeroShare once per account
Add the family's MeroShare accounts once. Apply to every open issue for all of them in one run, then check every result together. Free on Android and iPhone.
