How to check an IPO result with your BOID

Check whether you were allotted shares using your 16-digit BOID on the official CDSC result site, and the faster way to check every family account.

Where IPO results are published

Allotment results for Nepali issues are published by CDSC at iporesult.cdsc.com.np. You need the company whose result you are checking and the 16-digit BOID of the demat account you applied from.

Checking one BOID on the CDSC site

  1. Open iporesult.cdsc.com.np in a browser.
  2. Choose the company. Only issues whose result is published are listed.
  3. Enter your 16-digit BOID.
  4. Type the captcha shown on screen.
  5. Submit to see whether you were allotted and how many units.

The captcha has to be solved again for every BOID you check, which is the slow part when you applied for the whole family.

Checking every family account at once

In SajiloShare, open Check and choose IPO Bulk Result. Pick the company once. The app checks the official CDSC result for the BOID of each saved account, reads the captcha for you and finishes with a summary of how many accounts were allotted. Any account that could not be checked can be retried on its own.

What the result means

  • Allotted: shares were allocated to that BOID and will appear in your demat holdings.
  • Not allotted: the application was valid but not selected, and the blocked amount is released by your bank.
  • No application found: there is no application for that BOID and company, usually a wrong BOID or an application that never went through.

Do all of this in one app

SajiloShare stores each MeroShare account once, applies for all of them in one run, checks every result together and shows your portfolio after charges and tax. Free on Android and iPhone.
