More BOIDs, not more kitta
Because an oversubscribed allotment is a lottery for the minimum lot, each eligible BOID is another chance. Five family members applying for 10 kitta each have far better odds than one person applying for 50, for the same total amount blocked.
Each family member needs their own demat account, CRN and bank balance. One BOID cannot apply twice for the same issue.
The manual way, and where it breaks
By hand, this means logging in and out of MeroShare once per account and re-entering the bank, CRN, kitta and PIN each time, often on a closing day when the portal is slow. The usual failures are an expired session, a skipped account and a PIN typed into the wrong account.
Doing it in one run with SajiloShare
- Add each family MeroShare account once: DP, username, password, CRN and PIN.
- When the issue opens, go to Apply.
- Select the accounts, or Select All.
- Pick the issue and set the number of kitta.
- Apply, then review each account's result and retry only the ones that failed.
Credentials stay on your phone, the password and PIN are encrypted, and the app can be locked with a PIN and biometrics, which matters more when it holds the whole family's accounts. Only add accounts you have permission to manage.
Do all of this in one app
SajiloShare stores each MeroShare account once, applies for all of them in one run, checks every result together and shows your portfolio after charges and tax. Free on Android and iPhone.
