Why it exists

Applying for an IPO in Nepal is not hard. Applying from five accounts, on a phone, before the portal slows down on closing day, is. Every account means another login, another CRN, another transaction PIN and another chance to mistype something under time pressure.

SajiloShare turns that into one screen: select the accounts, pick the issue and apply. The same idea runs through the rest of the app, from checking every result at once to seeing the family's whole portfolio in one total.

What we build

• Bulk IPO apply across every MeroShare account you manage.
• Bulk IPO result and application status checks from CDSC's official sources.
• IPO alerts on opening day, the evening before closing and on closing day.
• A family portfolio with WACC, realised and unrealised profit, charges and capital gains tax.
• MeroShare and demat renewal expiry checks, and secure account transfer between phones.

How we treat your credentials

We designed SajiloShare so we never hold them. Login details are stored only on your phone, the password and PIN are encrypted, and they go straight from your phone to MeroShare. There is no SajiloShare account and no server copy of your portfolio. The details are in the privacy policy.

SajiloShare is built by One Space Dev, a small team in Pokhara. We are not affiliated with CDSC, MeroShare, NEPSE or SEBON. The app is free, supported by ads, and takes no commission on any application.
